Under the Procedures, any disputes that are not settled by agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, instead of in court. Arbitration under the Procedures is significantly different than litigation in court, and certain kinds of relief that might be available from a court may not be available under the Procedures. User may receive a copy of the Procedures by requesting them from E&Y.
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the User and E&Y with respect to use of this site and supersedes any and all prior understandings and agreements, oral or written, relating thereto. No amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless it is in written form and presented on this page of the site. Should any provision of this Agreement be held by a court to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. This agreement shall be governed and construed under the law of the State of New York, without reference to choice of law principles.
